TREK Checkpoint ALR 5 is the top-spec aluminium Checkpoint, built around the Shimano GRX gravel groupset with a double chainring. Made for faster riding and longer distances on mixed surfaces.

Frame and fork:
300 Series Alpha Aluminum frame with internal cable routing, rack and fender mounts. Checkpoint fork with carbon legs and alloy steerer.

Drivetrain:
Shimano GRX RX600 11-speed. GRX RX810 long cage rear derailleur, Shimano 105 HG700-11 11–34 cassette, GRX RX600 crankset 46/30 (double chainring), Shimano 105 HG601 chain.

Brakes:
Hydraulic disc brakes with Shimano SM-RT70 160 mm rotors.

Wheels and tyres:
Bontrager Paradigm SL tubeless ready wheels (24-spoke), Bontrager GR1 Team Issue 700x40 mm tyres. Wheel size 28 (700c).
